(الدُّنْيَا سِجْنُ المُؤْمِنِ)(The world is a prison for the believer)
Hadith 5249

وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الدُّنْيَا سِجْنُ الْمُؤْمِنِ وَسَنَتُهُ وَإِذَا فَارَقَ الدُّنْيَا فَارَقَ السجنَ والسنةَ» . رَوَاهُ فِي «شرح السّنة»
Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The world is a prison and a famine for the believer; when he departs from the world, he is separated from the prison and the famine." Its chain is weak; it is narrated in Sharh al-Sunnah.
