كتاب الرقاقThe Book of Heart-Softeners
(أَوَّلُ النِّعَمِ الصِّحَّةُ وَالتَّنْدُرُسْتِي وَالمَاءُ البَارِدُ سَيُسْأَلُ عَنْهَا)(The first blessings to be questioned about are health, well-being, and cold water)
Hadith 5196

وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: إِنَّ أَوَّلَ مَا يُسْأَلُ الْعَبْدُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مِنَ النَّعِيمِ أَنْ يُقَالَ لَهُ: أَلَمْ نُصِحَّ جِسْمَكَ؟ وَنَرْوِكَ من المَاء الْبَارِد؟ . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "On the Day of Resurrection, the first question that will be asked of a servant regarding blessings will be: Did We not make your body healthy, and (did) We not quench your thirst with cool water?" Its chain is authentic, narrated by al-Tirmidhi.
