Amr bin Maymun al-Awdi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) advised a man, saying: "Take advantage of five things before five: your youth before your old age, your health before your illness, your wealth before your poverty, your free time before your preoccupation, and your life before your death." Imam Tirmidhi narrated it as a mursal hadith. Hasan, narrated by Tirmidhi.
