كتاب الرقاقThe Book of Heart-Softeners
(دُعَاءُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِأَهْلِهِ)(The supplication of the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, for his family)
Hadith 5164
اُردوEn
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ رِزْقَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ قُوتًا» وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ «كفافا» . مُتَّفق عَلَيْهِ
It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) supplicated: "O Allah! Provide for the family of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) only as much sustenance as will suffice to maintain the bond between their bodies and souls." Agreed upon. In another narration it is stated: "As much as is sufficient for subsistence" (grant livelihood enough for subsistence).
