(الظَّالِمُ لَا يُفْلِتُ)(The oppressor will not escape)
Hadith 5124

وَعَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم: «إِن اللَّهَ لَيُمْلِي لِلظَّالِمِ حَتَّى إِذَا أَخَذَهُ لَمْ يفلته» ثمَّ يقْرَأ (وَكَذَلِكَ أَخْذُ رَبِّكَ إِذَا أَخَذَ الْقُرَى وَهِيَ ظالمة) الْآيَة. مُتَّفق عَلَيْهِ
Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah gives respite to the oppressor, but when He seizes him, He does not let him go." Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) recited this verse: "Such is the seizure of your Lord when He seizes the towns while they are doing wrong." Agreed upon.
