(عِلَاجُ الغَضَبِ)(The remedy for anger)
Hadith 5113

وَعَن عَطِيَّة بن عُرْوَة السعديّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ الْغَضَبَ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ وَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ خُلِقَ مِنَ النَّارِ وَإِنَّمَا يُطْفَأُ النَّارُ بِالْمَاءِ فَإِذَا غَضِبَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ
Atiyyah bin Urwah Sa'di narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Anger is from Satan, and Satan was created from fire, and fire is extinguished only with water. So when one of you becomes angry, he should perform ablution." Its chain is good. Narrated by Abu Dawood.
