(القَوِيُّ مَنْ يَتَغَلَّبُ عَلَى غَضَبِهِ)(The strong one is he who overcomes his anger)
Hadith 5105

وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَيْسَ الشَّدِيدُ بِالصُّرَعَةِ إِنَّمَا الشَّدِيدُ الَّذِي يَمْلِكُ نَفْسَهُ عِنْدَ الْغَضَبِ» . مُتَّفق عَلَيْهِ
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A strong person is not the one who overpowers others in wrestling; rather, a strong person is the one who controls himself at the time of anger." Agreed upon.
