Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Three gatherings—except those in which there is talk of unlawful killing, or adultery, or unlawfully acquiring wealth—are confidential (and what is said in them is a trust)." Its chain is weak; narrated by Abu Dawood. And the hadith narrated from Abu Sa'id (may Allah be pleased with him) that: "Indeed, it is a great trust" has already been mentioned in the first section of the chapter on intimacy.
