It is narrated from Sahl bin Sa’d Sa’idi, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Forbearance is from Allah, and haste is from Satan.” Imam Tirmidhi narrated this hadith, and he called it ‘gharib’, and some hadith scholars have discussed the memory of this hadith’s narrator, Abdul Muhaymin bin Abbas. Its chain is weak. Narrated by al-Tirmidhi.
