Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) stood by some people who were sitting, and said: "Shall I not inform you about your worst and best people?" The narrator states, they remained silent. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said this three times, so a man said, "O Messenger of Allah! Certainly, do inform us about the best among our worst." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The best among you is the one from whom good is expected and people are safe from his evil, while the worst among you is the one from whom no good is expected and people are not safe from his evil." (Tirmidhi, Bayhaqi in Shu'ab al-Iman) And Imam Tirmidhi said: This hadith is Hasan Sahih. Its chain is authentic. Narrated by Tirmidhi and Bayhaqi in Shu'ab al-Iman.
