Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated: A woman came to me and she had two daughters with her. She asked me (for something), and I had only one date, so I gave it to her. She divided it between her two daughters and did not eat anything herself. Then she stood up and left. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to me, so I mentioned this to him. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever is tested with these daughters in any way and treats them well, they will be a shield for him from Hellfire." Agreed upon.
