Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: One of the companions (may Allah be pleased with him) passed away, so a man said: "Glad tidings of Paradise to him." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do you not know? Perhaps he spoke about something that did not concern him, or he was stingy with something that would not have decreased him." Its chain is weak, narrated by al-Tirmidhi.
