Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, a servant speaks merely to make people laugh, and because of that he falls into Hell farther than the distance between the earth and the sky. And he does not slip as much by the slipping of his feet as he slips by the slipping of his tongue." Its chain is weak. It was narrated by Al-Bayhaqi in Shu'ab al-Iman.
