(بَيَانُ آكِلِي اللِّسَانِ)(Explanation of those who “eat” with their tongues)

وَعَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا تُقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى يَخْرُجَ قَوْمٌ يَأْكُلُونَ بِأَلْسِنَتِهِمْ كَمَا تَأْكُلُ الْبَقَرَةُ بألسنتها» رَوَاهُ أَحْمد
Sa’d bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The Hour will not be established until a people will appear who will eat with their tongues (by flattering and earning wealth) just as a cow eats with its tongue.” Its chain is weak, narrated by Ahmad.
