(الْغَضَبُ عَلَى جَوَابِ الْعُطَاسِ الْخَاطِئِ)(Anger over an incorrect response to sneezing)

عَنْ نَافِعٍ: أَنَّ رَجُلًا عَطَسَ إِلَى جَنْبِ ابْن عمَرَ فَقَالَ: الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: وَأَنَا أَقُولُ: الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ وَلَيْسَ هَكَذَا. عَلَّمَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَ��َّمَ أَنْ نَقُولَ: الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَقَالَ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ
It is narrated from Nafi‘ (may Allah have mercy on him) that a man sneezed beside Ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) and said: "All praise is for Allah, and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him." (Upon hearing this) Ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I also say: All praise is for Allah, and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. But saying it in this way is not established. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, taught us to say: All praise is due to Allah in every circumstance. (Reported by) Tirmidhi, and he said: This hadith is gharib. Its chain is hasan. Narrated by al-Tirmidhi.
