Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A man asked, "O Messenger of Allah! When one of us meets his brother or his friend, should he bow his head before him?" He replied, "No." He asked, "Should he embrace him and kiss him?" He replied, "No." He asked, "Should he take his hand and shake hands with him?" He replied, "Yes." Its chain is weak. Narrated by al-Tirmidhi.
