(رَفْعُ أَثْقَالِ الْغَيْرِ حَقٌّ مِنْ حُقُوقِ الطَّرِيقِ)(Carrying someone’s burden is a right of the path)
Hadith 4661

وَعَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا خَيْرَ فِي جُلُوسٍ فِي الطُّرَقَاتِ إِلَّا لِمَنْ هَدَى السَّبِيلَ وَرَدَّ التَّحِيَّةَ وَغَضَّ الْبَصَرَ وَأَعَانَ عَلَى الْحُمُولَةِ» رَوَاهُ فِي «شَرْحِ السُّنَّةِ» وَذَكَرَ حَدِيثَ أَبِي جُرَيٍّ فِي «بَاب فضل الصَّدَقَة»
It is narrated from Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There is no good or benefit in sitting on the roads, except for the one who guides the way, responds to greetings, lowers his gaze, and helps in loading a burden onto a mount." And the hadith narrated from Abu Jurayy is mentioned in the chapter "The Virtue of Charity." Its chain of narration is very weak; it is narrated in Sharh al-Sunnah.
