Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), he said: "When any one of you comes to a gathering, he should greet (with salam), then if he wishes to sit, he may sit. And when he gets up to leave, he should greet (with salam). The first (greeting) does not have more right than the second (greeting)." Its chain is Hasan. Narrated by al-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawood.
