(The Issue of Reciting Bismillah at the Time of Wudu – Narrated by Ahmad and Abu Dawood)
Hadith 403
وَرَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
Ahmad and Abu Dawud transmitted it from Abu Huraira, and they added at the beginning, “He who has not performed ablution is not credited with observing prayer”.
