(Judgment based on one witness)
Hadith 3763
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسلم قضى بِيَمِين وَشَاهد. رَوَاهُ مُسلم
Ibn ‘Abbas said that God's Messenger gave a decision on the basis of an oath and a single witness. Muslim transmitted it.
