كتاب النكاح
The Book of Marriage
(وَلِيمَةُ السَّيِّدَةِ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ جَحْشٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا)
(The wedding feast of Sayyidah Zainab bint Jahsh, may Allah be pleased with her)
Hadith 3212
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: أَوْلَمَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ بَنَى بِزَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ جَحْشٍ فأشبع النَّاس خبْزًا وَلَحْمًا. رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
He said that God’s Messenger held a wedding-feast when he took up cohabitation with Zainab daughter of Jahsh and gave the people their fill of bread and meat. Bukhari transmitted it.
