(مَنْعُ الحُجَّاجِ مِنْ رَفْعِ شَيْءٍ سَاقِطٍ)
(Prohibition of pilgrims picking up found items)
Hadith 3035
وَعَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ التَّيَمِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَن لقطَة الْحَاج. رَوَاهُ مُسلم
‘Abd ar-Rahman b. ‘Uthman at-Taimi said that God’s Messenger prohibited taking what a pilgrim has dropped. Muslim transmitted it.
