(الشَّيْءُ المُعْطَى عَلَى سَبِيلِ العُمْرِيَّةِ يَكُونُ لِمَنْ أُعْطِيَ أَوْ لِذُرِّيَّتِهِ)(The item given as Umra belongs to the recipient or their descendants)
Hadith 3015

عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَمْسِكُوا أَمْوَالَكُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ لَا تُفْسِدُوهَا فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ أَعْمَرَ عُمْرَى فَهِيَ لِلَّذِي أعمر حَيا وَمَيتًا ولعقبه» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
Jabir reported God’s Messenger as saying, “Keep your properties for yourselves and do not squander them, for if anyone gives a life- tenancy it goes to the one to whom it is given, both during his life and after his death, and to his descendants." Muslim transmitted it.
