كتاب الطهارة
The Book of Purification
(لَا تُقْبَلُ صَلَاةٌ بِدُونِ وُضُوءٍ وَلَا صَدَقَةٌ مِنْ مَالٍ حَرَامٍ)
(No prayer is accepted without wudu, nor charity from unlawful wealth)
Hadith 301
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا تُقْبَلُ صَلَاةُ بِغَيْرِ طُهُورٍ وَلَا صَدَقَةٌ مِنْ غُلُولٍ» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
Ibn ‘Umar reported God’s messenger as saying, “Prayer without purification is not accepted, neither is sadaqa from the profits of un faithful dealing.” Muslim transmitted it.
