(مَنْ يُحْيِي الأَرْضَ البَائِرَةَ يَكُونُ مَالِكَهَا، بِرِوَايَةِ التِّرْمِذِيِّ)(The one who revives barren land becomes its owner, narrated by Tirmidhi)
Hadith 2945

وَرَوَاهُ مَالِكٌ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ مُرْسَلًا. وَقَالَ التِّرْمِذِيُّ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ
Malik transmitted it in mursal form on the authority of ‘Urwa. Tirmidhi said this is a hasan gharib tradition.
