(كَلَامُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ)(The words of the Prophet, peace be upon him)
Hadith 195
اُردوEn
وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «كَلَامِي لَا يَنْسَخُ كَلَامَ اللَّهِ وَكَلَامُ اللَّهِ يَنْسَخُ كَلَامِي وَكَلَامُ اللَّهِ يَنْسَخُ بعضه بَعْضًا»
He also reported God's messenger as saying, “My words do not abrogate God’s words, but God’s words abrogate mine, some of His words abrogate others.” Daraqutni transmitted it.

The narration with «كلامي لا ينسخ كلام الله» is fabricated
Question:
In a narration it is mentioned that the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said: «كلامي لا ينسخ كلامَ الله، وكلامُ الله ينسخ كلامي، وكلامُ الله ينسخ بعضه بعضًا“» My speech does not abrogate the speech of Allah, the speech of Allah abrogates my speech, and some parts of Allah’s speech abrogate other parts. [مشكوٰة المصابيح: 195]
Is this narration authentic?
Answer:
This narration is mentioned in Mishkat with reference to (Sunan) Daraqutni [4/ 145 ح 4233].
It has been narrated by Daraqutni, Ibn ‘Adiyy [الكامل 2/ 602 دوسرانسخه 2/ 443], and Ibn al-Jawzi [العلل المتناهيه 1/ 125 ح 190] through the chain of «جبرون بن واقد: حدثناسفيان بن عيينة عن أبى الزبير عن جابر».
Ibn ‘Adiyy said: «منكر» This hadith is munkar (denounced). Also see: [ذخيرة الحفاظ: 4406]
Hafiz Dhahabi rahimahullah said about this hadith: «موضوع». [ميزان الاعتدال 1/ 388]
Hafiz Ibn Hajar rahimahullah maintained this verdict in Lisan al-Mizan. See: [اللسان 2/ 94]
Regarding Jabrun ibn Waqid, Dhahabi said: «ليس بثقة» He is not trustworthy. [ديوان الضعفاء والمتروكين: 722، المغني فى الضعفاء: 1089]
And he said: «متهم فإنه روي بقلة حياء… .» He is accused (of fabricating hadith) because he narrated (this narration) shamelessly… [ميزان الاعتدال 1/ 387، 388]
By «مُتهم» is meant «متهم بالوضع». [الكشف الحثيث عمن ر مي بوضع الحديث ص 122]
Not a single hadith scholar has authenticated this narrator.
