ان لله شيطان فى البر ليس لهم على ما فى البحر سلطان و شياطين فى البحر ليس لهم ما فى البر سلطان . . .
"Some of Allah's devils are on land; they have no authority over the things in the sea. (Similarly, some of Allah's) devils are in the sea; they have no authority over the things on land."
