Hadith 1219
كل سبب و نسب منقطع يوم القيامة الا سببي ونسبي
"On the Day of Judgment, every relationship and lineage will be cut off except for my relationship and lineage."
Hadith 1220
هبط جبريل على فقال ان الله يقرئك السلام ويقول اني حرمت النار على صلب أنزلك وبطن حملك و حجر كفلك . . .
“Jibreel (peace be upon him) descended upon me and said that Allah Almighty sends you greetings of peace and says: I have made the Fire forbidden for that loins (Abdullah) from which you were emitted, that womb (Aminah) which bore you, and that lap (Abdul Muttalib) which nurtured you.”
Hadith 1221
هبط على جبريل فقال يا محمد ان الله يقرا عليك السلام ويقول يا حبيبي اني كسوت حسن يوسف من نور الكرسي و كسوت حسن و جهك من نور عرشي
“Jibreel (peace be upon him) descended upon me and said: O Muhammad! Allah, the Exalted, sends you greetings of peace and says: O My beloved! I adorned Yusuf (peace be upon him) with beauty from the light of My Throne’s footstool, and I adorned your face with beauty from the light of My Throne.”
Hadith 1222
أن جبريل أتي النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم بقطف فقال ان الله يقرئك السلام وبعثني اليك بهذا القطف لتأكله
“Jibreel (peace be upon him) came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) with a bunch of grapes and said: Allah Almighty sends you greetings of peace and has sent me with this bunch so that you may eat it.”
Hadith 1223
شفعت فى هؤلاء النفرفي أبى وعمي أبى طالب وأخي من الرضاعة يعني ابن السعدية
“My intercession has been accepted for these persons: my father, my uncle Abu Talib, and my foster brother Ibn Sa’diyyah.”
Hadith 1224
ان الله أعطي موسي الكلام و أعطاني الرؤية فضلني بالمقام المحمود والحوض المورود
"Allah Almighty granted Musa (peace be upon him) the gift of conversation, but He granted me vision (that is, His sight), and He favored me with the Maqam-e-Mahmood and the Hawd-e-Mawrood."
Hadith 1225
أنه صلى الله عليه وسلم أعطي رجلا عرق ذراعيه وجعله فى قارورة حتي امتلأت فجعل يتطيب به فيشم منه أهل المدينة ريحا طيبة . . .
"The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave a man the sweat from his arms, and he put it in a bottle until it was filled. Then he would use it as perfume, and the people of Madinah would smell a pleasant fragrance from it."
Hadith 1226
لما نزل اذا جاء نصر الله والفتح قال محمد يا جبريل نفسي قد نعيت . . .
"When this verse «اذا جاء نصرالله والفتح» was revealed, Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: O Jibreel! News of my soul's death has been given to me."
Hadith 1227
من صلى عليك فى اليوم واليلة مائة مرة صليت عليه ألفي صلاة وتقضي له ألف حاجة
"(O Prophet!) Whoever sends blessings upon you one hundred times in the day and night, I will send mercy upon him two thousand times, and one thousand of his needs will be fulfilled."
Hadith 1228
من صلى على عند قبري سمعته . . .
"Whoever sends blessings upon me at my grave, I hear him."
Hadith 1229
كنت أول النبيين فى الخلق وآخرهم فى البعث
"I am the first Prophet in terms of creation and the last in terms of being sent."
Hadith 1230
ما مات رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم حتي قراء وكتب
"The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) did not pass away until he had learned to read and write."
Hadith 1231
اسمي فى القران محمد وفي الانجيل احمد وفي التوراة أحيد
"My name in the Qur'an is Muhammad, in the Gospel it is Ahmad, and in the Torah it is Ahid."
Hadith 1232
نهي عن الصرف قبل موته بشهرين
"The Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade disposal two months before his passing."
Hadith 1233
تعبد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قبل موته بشهرين واعتزل النساء
"The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) secluded himself for worship two months before his passing and also separated himself from women."
Hadith 1234
المعرفة رأس مالي والعقل أصل ديني والحسب أساسي . . .
"Recognition is my real wealth, intellect is the foundation of my religion, and lineage is my basis."
Hadith 1235
ان سبابة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم كانت أطول من الوسطي
"The Prophet's (peace be upon him) index finger (that is, the forefinger) was longer than the middle finger."
Hadith 1236
ولدت فى زمن الملك العادل
"I was born during the reign of the just king (that is, Anushirwan)."
Hadith 1237
لا تجعلوني كقدح الراكب
"Do not make me like the cup of a rider (i.e., do not delay in mentioning me, because a rider hangs his cup on the back of his mount. Al-Nihayah)."
Hadith 1238
اذا سميتم الولد محمدا فعظموه و وقروه . . .
"If you name a child Muhammad, then honor and respect him (do not humiliate him)."
