Hadith 582
ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم اقطع بلال بن الحارث المزني معادن القبلية و هي من ناحية الفرع فتلك المعادن ” لا يؤخذ منها الا الزكاة الي اليوم “
"The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) granted the mines of the place of Qabliyyah to Hazrat Bilal bin Harith Muzani (may Allah be pleased with him). This place is on one side of the location of Fara’. Thus, from these mines until today, nothing has been taken except for zakat."
