Hadith 550
نهي ان يلبس السلاح فى بلاد الاسلام فى العيدين الا ان يكونوا بحضرة العدو
"The Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade wearing weapons in Islamic territories on the occasions of the two Eids, except if there is an enemy present (then it is not forbidden)."
