Hadith 475
قال على كان لي من رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم مدخلان ، مدخل بالليل و مدخل بالنهار فكنت اذا دخلت بالليل تنحنح لي
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I had two times to present myself before the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): one at night and the other during the day. When I would come to him at night (and he would be engaged in prayer), he would clear his throat to inform me of his presence.
