اذا عطس أحدكم فقال : الحمد لله قالت الملائكة : رب العالمين ، فاذا قال : رب العالمين قالت الملائكة : رحمك الله
"When one of you sneezes and says 'Alhamdulillah', the angels say 'Lord of the worlds'. And if he also says 'Lord of the worlds', then the angels say 'May Allah have mercy on you'."
