وَعَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَخْرُجُ الدَّجَّالُ مِنْ قِبَلِ أَصْبَهَانَ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَحْمَوَيْهِ الْجَوْهَرِيِّ وَلَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The Dajjal will emerge from the direction of Isfahan (Iran)."
Al-Tabarani (may Allah have mercy on him) recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat through the chain of Muhammad bin Mahmawayh al-Jawhari, and al-Hafiz al-Haythami (may Allah have mercy on him) says: I could not identify him; he is unknown to me.
