Chapter: Divorce
2 بَابُ : طَلاَقِ السُّنَّةِChapter: Divorce according to the Sunnah
3 بَابُ : الْحَامِلِ كَيْفَ تُطَلَّقُChapter: How a pregnant woman is to be divorced
4 بَابُ : مَنْ طَلَّقَ ثَلاَثًا فِي مَجْلِسٍ وَاحِدٍChapter: One who divorces his wife three times in one sitting
5 بَابُ : الرَّجْعَةِChapter: Taking one’s wife back
6 بَابُ : الْمُطَلَّقَةِ الْحَامِلِ إِذَا وَضَعَتْ ذَا بَطْنِهَا بَانَتْChapter: When a divorced pregnant woman gives birth, the divorce becomes irrevocable
7 بَابُ : الْحَامِلِ الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا إِذَا وَضَعَتْ حَلَّتْ لِلأَزْوَاجِChapter: When a pregnant widow gives birth, it is permissible for her to remarry
8 بَابُ : أَيْنَ تَعْتَدُّ الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَاChapter: Where should the woman whose husband died observe her waiting period?
9 بَابُ : هَلْ تَخْرُجُ الْمَرْأَةُ فِي عِدَّتِهَاChapter: Can a woman go out during her waiting period?
10 بَابُ : الْمُطَلَّقَةِ ثَلاَثًا هَلْ لَهَا سُكْنَى وَنَفَقَةٌChapter: Does a woman who has been divorced three times have the right to accommodation and maintenance?
11 بَابُ : مُتْعَةِ الطَّلاَقِChapter: Giving a gift in the event of divorce
12 بَابُ : الرَّجُلِ يَجْحَدُ الطَّلاَقَChapter: When the man denies the divorce
13 بَابُ : مَنْ طَلَّقَ أَوْ نَكَحَ أَوْ رَاجَعَ لاَعِبًاChapter: One who divorces, marries or takes back his wife in jest
14 بَابُ : مَنْ طَلَّقَ فِي نَفْسِهِ وَلَمْ يَتَكَلَّمْ بِهِChapter: One who divorces his wife to himself, but did not speak the words out loud
15 بَابُ : طَلاَقِ الْمَعْتُوهِ وَالصَّغِيرِ وَالنَّائِمِChapter: Divorce of one who is insane, a minor and one who is sleeping
16 بَابُ : طَلاَقِ الْمُكْرَهِ وَالنَّاسِيChapter: Divorce of one who is compelled, and of one who is forgetful
17 بَابُ : لاَ طَلاَقَ قَبْلَ النِّكَاحِChapter: No divorce before marriage
18 بَابُ : مَا يَقَعُ بِهِ الطَّلاَقُ مِنَ الْكَلاَمِChapter: (Words) by which divorce takes place
