بَابُ : مَا جَاءَ فِي الْبَوْلِ قَائِمًا
Chapter: Urinating while standing
Hadith 305
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، وَهُشَيْمٌ ، وَوَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " أَتَى سُبَاطَةَ قَوْمٍ فَبَالَ عَلَيْهَا قَائِمًا " .
´It was narrated from Hudhaifah that:` The Messenger of Allah came to the garbage dump of some people and he urinated on it standing up.
Hadith 306
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ ، عَنْ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " أَتَى سُبَاطَةَ قَوْمٍ فَبَالَ قَائِمًا " .
´Shu'bah narrated from 'Asim from Abu Wa'il from Mughirah bin Shu'bah that:` The Messenger of Allah came to the garbage dump of some people and urinated while standing up. (Hasan) Shu'bah said: "That day, 'Asim said: 'Amash reported this from Abu Wa'il, from Hudhaifah, but he did not remember it (correctly). So I asked Mansur about it, and he narrated it to me from Abu Wa'il, from Hudhaifah, that the Prophet came to a dump of some people and urinated while standing.'"
Hadith 306M
قَالَ شُعْبَةُ : قَالَ عَاصِمٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ : وَهَذَا الْأَعْمَشُ يَرْوِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ وَمَا حَفِظَهُ ، فَسَأَلْتُ عَنْهُ مَنْصُورًا ؟ فَحَدَّثَنِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ : " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَتَى سُبَاطَةَ قَوْمٍ فَبَالَ قَائِمًا " .
'Shu’bah said that' ‘Asim has added the word «يومئذ» in his narration, and has said: The Prophet (peace be upon him) came to a garbage dump of a people, and standing there, he urinated that day. And A’mash narrates this hadith through the way of «عن أبي وائل عن حذيفة», he does not mention «يومئذ», so I asked Mansur about this, and he narrated to me through the way of «عن أبي وائل عن حذيفة» that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) came to a garbage dump of a people, and he urinated standing up. 1؎.
