بَابُ : مَنْ صَلَّى وَبَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْقِبْلَةِ شَيْءٌ
Chapter: One who performs Prayer with something between himself and the Prayer direction
Hadith 958
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ ، عَنْ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَتْنِي مَيْمُونَةُ زَوْجُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَتْ : " كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي وَأَنَا بِحِذَائِهِ ، وَرُبَّمَا أَصَابَنِي ثَوْبُهُ إِذَا سَجَدَ " .
´Maimunah, the wife of the Prophet (ﷺ), said:` “The Prophet (ﷺ) used to perform prayer when I was opposite to him, and his garment would sometimes touch me when he prostrated.”
