Benefits and Issues:
➊ If a man's wife is lying nearby while he is performing prayer, there is no harm in it. In this situation, one should not harbor the suspicion that there is a risk of being distracted towards her during the prayer. If, in reality, such a situation arises where proper attention cannot be maintained towards the prayer, then one may abstain; otherwise, there is no doubt regarding its permissibility.
