´It was narrated from Umm Salamah that when the Prophet (ﷺ) performed the Subh (morning prayer), while he said the Salam, he would say:` ‘Allahumma inni as’aluka ‘ilman nafi’an, wa rizqan tayyiban, wa ‘amalan mutaqabbalan (O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, goodly provision and acceptable deeds).’”

Benefits and Issues:
➊
This is a comprehensive supplication.
The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) would often supplicate with such comprehensive prayers, in which, with few words, he would ask for things of great benefit.
➋
By “beneficial knowledge” is meant that knowledge
which enables a person to act upon it, and through which others also benefit.
That is, it reaches others through writing, speech, and by way of good example (uswah hasanah), so that they too act upon it and become a means of increasing that person’s good deeds.
➌
By “pure provision” is meant lawful (halal) provision, which is earned through permissible means.
➍
The accepted deed is that which is performed with sincere intention for the pleasure of Allah,
and is carried out in accordance with the Sunnah.
