قَالَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْقَطَّانُ : حَدَّثَنَاهُ حَازِمُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ شَيْبَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ، فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ
Abu al-Hasan al-Qattan said: Khazim bin Yahya narrated to us, from Abdul Malik bin Sinan, from Yahya bin Uthman, who narrated the same as (Malik bin Ismail).

The chain of narration for this report is weak.
● Abu Bakr al-Ajari also narrated it in Kitab al-Shari‘ah [ص235 ح531] through the chain of Yahya ibn ‘Uthman.
◄ Its narrator, Yahya ibn ‘Uthman al-Taymi al-Qurashi Abu Sahl al-Basri, is weak. See: [تقريب التهذيب : 7606]
◄ ‘Allamah al-Busayri said that there is consensus regarding his weakness. [زوائد ابن ماجه : 84]
