حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ مَوْلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّهُ دَخَلَ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ فَذَكَرَ لَهَا شَيْئًا مِنَ الْقَدَرِ ، فَقَالَتْ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " مَنْ تَكَلَّمَ فِي شَيْءٍ مِنَ الْقَدَرِ سُئِلَ عَنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يَتَكَلَّمْ فِيهِ لَمْ يُسْأَلْ عَنْهُ " .
´`Abdullah bin Abi Mulaikah narrated that his father entered upon `A'ishah and said something to her about the Divine Decree:` She said: "I heard The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: 'Whoever says anything about the Divine decree will be questioned about that on the Day of Resurrection, and whoever does not say anything about it will not be questioned about it.'" The chain of narration for this report is weak.
● Abu Bakr al-Ajari also narrated it in Kitab al-Shari‘ah [ص235 ح531] through the chain of Yahya ibn ‘Uthman.
◄ Its narrator, Yahya ibn ‘Uthman al-Taymi al-Qurashi Abu Sahl al-Basri, is weak. See: [تقريب التهذيب : 7606]
◄ ‘Allamah al-Busayri said that there is consensus regarding his weakness. [زوائد ابن ماجه : 84]
◄ Yahya ibn ‘Uthman’s teacher, Yahya ibn ‘Abdullah ibn Abi Mulaykah, is layyin al-hadith (weak). [تقريب التهذيب : 7587]
