Brief Explanation
1؎: When the muezzin says «حي على الصلاة», he should turn his face to the right, and when he says «حي الفلاح», he should turn his face to the left. If there is no room to turn the face in the minaret during the call to prayer (adhan), then he should simply turn his body.
Explanation & Benefits

Commentary: (1) Even while traveling, the call to prayer (adhan) should be given for performing prayer in congregation.
(2) Turning around during the adhan means that when saying "Hayya 'ala as-salah" and "Hayya 'ala al-falah," the face should be turned to the right and left sides.
(3) This contains evidence for inserting the fingers into the ears while giving the adhan.
