Brief Explanation
1؎: Abu ‘Azza al-Hajami, a poet, used to satirize the Muslims. He was taken captive at the time of Badr, and after pledging not to compose satire again, he was granted freedom. Upon returning to Makkah al-Mukarramah, he once again began composing poetry against the Muslims. Then, during the Battle of Uhud, he was captured again, and when he sought freedom once more, making the excuse of his poverty, on this occasion the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam stated this hadith.
