Benefits and Issues:
➊ The mentioned narration has been declared weak in chain (sanad) by our esteemed researcher, whereas other scholars have deemed it authentic and have mentioned supporting evidences for it, due to which the opinion affirming the authenticity of the hadith appears closer to correctness. Therefore, the mentioned narration, on the basis of other supporting evidences, is acceptable as proof.

Based on this, if there is a need to stop somewhere at night during travel, one should rest away from the road.
➋ If there is a need to stop the vehicle during travel, it should be stopped at a place where it does not obstruct the flow of traffic.
➌ Relieving oneself on the road causes inconvenience to passersby.
➍ Throwing unnecessary and harmful objects on the road is a bad act.
