Benefits and Issues:

Just as the causes of illness are material, they are also immaterial. In the same way, as a result of modern research, the psychological causes of diseases have been accepted as a reality, which are immaterial.

Spiritual causes are also among the immaterial causes.

The treatment of immaterial diseases and the immaterial causes of diseases is also possible through immaterial means. Among these, treatment through various supplications and invocations (adhkar and awrad) is established from the Sunnah.

The evil eye (nazar) is a reality. It affects a person in an immaterial way. The denial of non-Muslim thinkers is not worthy of attention.

Protection from the evil eye is possible by seeking refuge in Allah and by reciting His words (ruqyah).

Regarding the third narration of the mentioned chapter, i.e., the narration of Aisha radi Allahu anha, our esteemed researcher writes that its chain of transmission is weak. However, the previous narration suffices for it. From this, it is understood that this narration is also considered authoritative by our esteemed researcher. In addition, other researchers have also declared it authentic.
