Explanation & Benefits
Maulana Ataullah Sajid
Benefits and Issues:

It is necessary to go to ‘Arafat for Hajj.

It is not permissible in Shari‘ah to invent rulings from oneself.

The rulings that are different for the residents of the Haram have been made clear, for example:
The command of offering a sacrifice for Hajj al-Tamattu‘ or, as an alternative, fasting ten days, does not apply to the residents of the Haram. ()
