´It was narrated from Harith bin Bilal bin Harith, that his father said:` “I said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, do you think that this cancellation of Hajj and it being replaced with ‘Umrah is only for us, or for all people?’ The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘No, it is only for us.’”

´It was narrated from Al-Harith bin Bilal that his father said:` "I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, is this annulment of Hajj just for us or is it for all the people?' He said: 'No, it is just for us." (Daif)

This narration is weak in its chain of transmission, therefore it is not a proof. In contrast, the correct position is that which has been stated in the preceding authentic ahadith: 2808, 2809.

Narrated Bilal ibn al-Harith al-Muzani: I asked: Messenger of Allah, is the (command of) cancelling hajj meant exclusively for us, or for others too? He replied: No, this is meant exclusively for you.
