Hadith 2941

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْعُمَرِيُّ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ نَهَارًا " .
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Prophet (ﷺ) entered Makkah by day.

Benefit:
The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) stayed at the place of Dhi Tuwa during the night.

From this hadith, it is understood that it is preferable to enter Makkah during the daytime, but this depends on ability and possibility.
