Benefits and Issues:

Every statement and action of the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) is part of the Shariah; therefore, obedience and submission to the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) is the foundation of Islam.

The statement of the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam): "As much as you are able," is an expression of his compassion.
The purpose was that it should not happen that any command becomes difficult for a companion to fulfill, and he tries to carry it out while bearing hardship,
and if he is unable to do so, it would be considered a breach of promise.

A leader should be mindful of the difficulties of his companions, and should only assign to each person the task that he is capable of performing.
