Hadith 2369

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ " .
´It was narrated from Jabir that:` the Prophet (ﷺ) passed judgement on the basis of an oath (from the claimant) along with a (single) witness.
