حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْخَلَّالُ ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ الْبَزَّارُ ، حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ صُهَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " ثَلَاثٌ فِيهِنَّ الْبَرَكَةُ الْبَيْعُ إِلَى أَجَلٍ وَالْمُقَارَضَةُ وَأَخْلَاطُ الْبُرِّ بِالشَّعِيرِ لِلْبَيْتِ لَا لِلْبَيْعِ " .
´lt was narrated from Salih bin Suhaib that his father said:` "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'There are three things in which there is blessing: A sale with deferred payment; Muqaradhah (profit sharing); and mixing wheat with barley for one's house, but not for sale."'

Two meanings of muqaradah have been stated.
One is to give someone a loan; the other is to participate in a business on the basis of mudarabah, that is, one person provides the capital and the other works, and the profit is distributed between them according to an agreed-upon ratio.
This business arrangement is permissible.

«أخرجه ابن ماجه، التجارات، باب الشركة والمضاربة، حديث:2289.* عبدالرحيم بن داود "مجهول بالنقل، حديثه غير محفوظ" قاله العقيلي، ونصر مجهول، وصالح مجهول الحال.»©Explanation:
© Hadith Narrator:
«حضرت صہیب رضی اللہ عنہ » Abu Yahya Suhayb bin Sinan al-Rumi.
He was originally an Arab.
He belonged to the tribe of Namir bin Qasit bin Wa'il.
The Romans had captured him in his childhood.
He was raised among them, and for this reason he was called "al-Rumi" (the Roman).
One opinion is that when he grew up and reached the age of understanding, he escaped from them and arrived in Makkah, where he became an ally of Abdullah bin Jud'an.
And another opinion is that the Banu Kalb bought him from the Romans and brought him to Makkah, and there Abdullah bin Jud'an purchased him.
He is a well-known Companion (Sahabi).
He is among the earliest Muslims (qadim al-Islam).
He was subjected to many hardships in the path of Allah, then he migrated to Madinah, and he passed away in Madinah Munawwarah in the year 38 Hijri.
